REWARD FOR MY MISERY!

Saturday's run was quite different. For one thing there were only two of us---me & Chrome Cowgirl---LONG STORY. For another thing---we started from a different spot than normal when CC suggested we do ANYTHING different. For some reason, the hospital popped in my head. I originally planned to head South-but at the last minute--changed my other mind and headed North for a BIG loop around town. IT WAS MORE THAN MISERABLE---I REALLY don't have words to describe what running has been like this summer. Let's just say---I NEVER remember a hotter and more humid summer. CC starts cramping the last mile---so we walk it in-----ALL FORWARD MOTION COUNTS. If all these stars had not lined up---we would have NEVER had the treat of seeing the vision that we recorded below. The first pic was made with my I Phone --the remainder CC had gotten her camera out for. ENJOY---WE DID!

Hey, I have words for this summer running, but I won't type them. There is a country song that "spells" it out though. It says, "I fell like # sign, question mark, star, exclamation point, don't give a blank about..."
Makes me smile whenever I hear it.
