COUNTDOWN!

REMINDER-BLOG CONTEST WILL END NEXT WEEK-MAKE YOUR GUESS ON HENRY J'S ARRIVAL TO WIN GIFT CERTIFICATE TO AMAZON!

My life is in a series of countdowns. Time is wasting and lots has to be done! Final 1040 input and filing with Mr. IRS needs to be done for us and several family members. My six weeks is up and I hit the road again Monday (OK-ONE day short of the six weeks and without Doctor's final check). The THOUGHT of trying to run 5 miles after the time off is daunting! Spring flower bed cleaning is over half done-but not finished (When you live in the middle of 5 acres of trees-this is NO small task). MR. HENRY J. will be coming SOON-Hopefully not too soon! One more visit with Grands on the Ground before heading to Erie.

I had lunch today with some of my "Running Buds". I cannot tell you how much I have missed the "Girls & Larry"! I have been GREATLY BLESSED with a wonderful group to run and cross train with and most important-share life with. I am anxious to "Hit the Road" again with "The Group". Even though I have only a short period before I head "North", I look forward to being with them again!

I leave you with this verse that Sweet Friend Barbara brought to my attention:

"For God, who said, 'Let light shine out of darkness,' made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus sake, so that his life may be revealed in our mortal body. So then, death is at work in us, but life is at the work in you." II Cor 4: 6-12

I take GREAT comfort in these words from The Father. HE LOVES ME BEYOND REASON!

I cannot WAIT to start running again with you! Of course, I never know from one week to the next where I'll be! I'm just on the roller coaster ride with Amy.

BUT.....I will still enjoy the runs I DO get in.

Love ya!
