RITZY CHICKEN
1 stick butter(I am a snob about this-I always use REAL butter-no substitute for the taste)
2 c. diced cooked chicken (tonight I used a deli chicken since I was in a hurry-the best taste might come from a hen that you have cooked and saved your own broth)
1 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream (my brush at healthy eating included using light sour cream)
Mix liquids well
Place diced chicken over cracker crumbs
Spread your liquid mixture over
Place diced chicken over cracker crumbs
Spread your liquid mixture over
Bake at 350 deg for 30 minutes.

Note to readers-How does Mother Nature know where I-20 is? The weatherman is always announcing that we will get rain south of and up to I-20. Most of the time he is right. Unfortunately we live 3 miles north of I-20. How does this happen? It can be pouring rain at BC's office 1 mile South of I-20 and the sun shining at our home. I personally believe in the conspiracy theory! Somebody is conspiring to have me pulling water hoses ALL SUMMER!

between you and rachel tuten, someone must be able to whip up a little ritzy chicken for me!!! she brings that to adrian's and it is quite a treat; nice and dietetic!!
Oh, I like the Ritzy Chicken. I thought you used cream of mushroom, though!
I will give this a try....just tried a chicken recipe (sis,Julie said her kids like this) where you mix mayo and parmasian cheese together and spread on top of the chicken and then sprinkle Italian bread crumbs on top...sorry no soup in this one....tried it out on the Boersmas. Rachel said it was safe to eat...haha.
Stuffy chefs would flip out if they looked in my cabinets!!
This looks delicious!
Cooked it tonight and Don loved it!!! Bless his heart, no offense, but he is so excited that I cooked!!! It was delicious. Move over Rachel Ray!!!
