SUNDAY'S REVIEW

This week's media review is one of my favorite current CD's that I own. Allison Krauss is over the top with talent. A smooth mellow voice and the ability to accompany her singing brings a wonderful combination to the table. A little blue-grassy, a little country, a little folksy, and a little bluesy she has the ability to sing to my soul. I have a couple of her CD's but this is my favorite. Her duet with the talented, James Taylor-"How's The World Treating You" is mine and BC's favorite on the CD. You can get a taste of it here:

The CD also contains duets with Brad Paisley & John Waite. Allison has the unique ability to actually harmonize with her partners instead of trying to be the dominant voice. I have owned this CD for several months now and have not tired of hearing most of the songs. A wonderful recommendation for any CD is the ability to listen to it over and over.

I found this CD on Amazon and I believe it was also on E Bay. Got a good deal and it was well worth every penny!

Hi, I love Allison Krauss but don't have this cd....thanks for the recommendation.

Hershey is approx. 400 miles from Erie Pa. The Lodge is also a beautiful place to stay in Hershey & is not as $$$$ as the hotel.

Thanks for visiting my blog, it's nice to hear from you.DebraK

loved the trip thru the freeing of women. Now how about a blog on the "freeing of the man"? Let your minds roam.... Great blog.
