Two Med-i-vac helicopters showed up thinking they could give me a ride. They were most disappointed to find me free of hives, swollen eyes & throat & congestion and out of the benadryl haze. They took their "Big Toys" and just kept tooling on down the beach.
The "Early Bird" gets the worm or perhaps the fish in this case. Our Fisherman had a "Big Strike", but unfortunately "It got away." He has vowed to read up on "Saltwater techniques" before next year.
Little Beach Bums can find all of the straps on their life vests a little vexing! It takes an acrobat to reach all of those lines and get them snapped!
"The Old Man of the Sea" and his young Grand are scanning the horizon and waves for signs of marine life since the purple flags were flying again!
OH NO-LOOK OUT IN THE WAVES!-In front of the swimmers-DO YOU SEE THE LONE FIN?????????????????????? No fear-it is just Mr. Dolphin looking for lunch.
SUCH AN ENERGETIC GROUP! How can you spend an entire week sitting on the beach and doing nothing. REALLY AFTER 30 YEARS of vacations together-we have it down to a fine science!

Oh Look! It's just one of the brilliant Grands-seems his Father has not clued him in to EXACTLY WHERE you wear this get-up! Really it does not take much to entertain us!
Well we are in LA, TX, MS, & PA. All that is left are the lonely gulls trying to decide what in the world happened to their "Free Meal Ticket"!Thirty years of Thompson/Conville vacations. We started with two couples and 3 boys and then added a baby girl. Now we have 3 In-laws (who were CAUGHT discussing all of us last year!) and 3 Grands. We may have to rent a dorm if we continue to grow at this rate!
GOOD TIMES! As 2 year old Camille is quoted EVERY YEAR-"GO TO BEACH!"
No exercise for AN ENTIRE WEEK! I LOVED EVERY LAZY MINUTE-but WILL I PAY NEXT WEEK!
