CAMP CONVILLE-DAY 4

Our day was not quite what we planned---but we rolled with the punches. After a HOT and DRY June---it has decided to rain in LA!

Wednesday-RUN DAY--off for my 5 mile EARLY AM run. Home at 6:30 to find the boys up and waiting. We went for donuts after my shower. Then off to see Nannie & Pappaw at the NH. They were delighted to see the boys and the boys were very sweet. Pappaw told several stories of when he was in school--several involving whippings!

Home until time for swimming lessons. Off to Burger King for lunch--we are running out of fast food joints! Then to Mrs. Renee's to finish up Art Lessons. Their paintings are GREAT! Back to the snow cone place and home for a short period. We were supposed to go to the Rifle Range--but the rain dampened our plans. We decided to make a visit to Maggie Moo's then for a little frozen treat.

After 51 weeks of their Mother monitoring their diet and being super careful of what they ingest---we have spent the week feasting on sugar, red dye, and preservatives--YUMMY!

Quote of the Day (Actually from yesterday but I saved it for today)--

Mrs. Renee-"Caleb, you can sit down or stand right there and eat your brownie."

Caleb-"I'm not going to stand up to eat!"

Mrs. Renee- "It's OK"

Caleb-"NO, I'm sitting! If you stand up while you are eating, you get gas."

NOW THAT'S CERTAINLY SOMETHING I DIDN'T KNOW!
