EARLY MORNINGS!

What a sweet surprise at 5:45 AM to hear the door knob turning and get up to find a sweet little baby in his diaper at the door. It seems his Momma had a not so good night and was ready for a little relief. Perhaps she was a little over-anxious since she showed up with a baby in diaper and nothing else in her hands.

Henry got in the bed with Poppa Bob and Momma Lulu and we all enjoyed our sweet time together. In very short order, diaper supplies were needed so we all got up. After a little change, we sat on the porch and watched an early morning thunder shower roll through. A very delightful morning with one of my very favorite men! Sorry that Henry's Mom did not have a good night, but delighted with my sweet early morning surprise!

okay...i was so confused at first...i know scott's boys don't wear diapers, but henry, (although advanced), surely cannot walk yet; and, if he can, how did he reach the doorknob? did a neighbor baby come wandering over??? oh...you mean camille was there at the door delivering baby henry...okay, now i am w/you...

What a lovely way to begin the day with such a sweet little face looking up at you . Those are the begining of precious memories many years in the future. Just like your kids talk about 25-30 years ago. write them down and talk about it next year and the good years to come. take it from me those years are so fleeting. HB
