I am having SUCH a difficult time working out these days. I just cannot seem to run the entire 5 miles without having to walk part of the way. My shoulders and back seem to stay sore and then there is my knees and hips. I am back using only light weights and can only roll off about 150 abs and 70 leg lifts without giving out. I have only managed to walk 2 1/2 miles after our 5 mile run after ticking off 10 miles per day everyday last summer before our hiking trip.
THEN it occurred to me
Since the middle of February or approximately 20 weeks--------
I was off almost 7 weeks for surgery
4 weeks for trip to Erie
1 week for another trip to Erie
1 week for Grand's visit (had cold while they were here)
Let's see now that is 13 weeks off and 7 weeks working out. OH AND DID I MENTION, I have not worked out more than 2 TWO consecutive weeks during that time!
NO WONDER !!!!!!!!
