TOE TALES

Long miles take a toll on your toes.

This is old news---doesn't even hurt anymore.
This is the NEW news---today's pain after 22 miles. Surprisingly, I knew it was a little painful---but SO MUCH more was hurting that I didn't think anything about it, until I took off my sock. NOTE TO SELF--NOT smart to change type of sock-just because it is cold. STAY with the tried and true!

Ouch!!! But that is a trophy in itself!! Proud of you for doing most of the long training by yourself. Sheer determination.

Yikes...not even sure what that second pic is. So what kind of socks do you usually wear? They must be amazing!
